When I run the game in full screen I get terrible tearing, regardless of the v-sync and/or framerate lock settings. When I run the game borderless I get no tearing, but can't enable HDR, which sucks. I never notice tearing while playing the game on the primary machine. There isn't a way to set the client vsync is there? I thought these settings where set within the game in the graphics options. Setting vsync on the game on the host will have no effect. The tearing happens on the client on playing the video steam. So I am having an issue in 16.04 while playing videos in VLC. Is anybody else getting screen tearing in this game while using v-sync? I usually enable v-sync in-game and use EVGA's Precision X software to limit FPS to 60 and that fixes screen tearing and input lag on all games except this one. If I have to cap my framerate at 60 to stop this tearing while capturing, that would severely limit the usefulness of this card in competitive games (Overwatch, CSGO, Fortnite, PUBG, etc.).
